The Role
Civilmart have an exciting opportunity available for a driven and passionateExternalSales Representative, seeking a new challenge in a rapidly growing organisation! The Sales Representative will be responsible for the growth of sales to recent and existing customers around the Northern QLD region.
This position is suited to an individual with demonstrated sales experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry. To be successful in this role you will be results driven, sales hungry and continuously motivated to exceed your sales targets!
This is apermanent full-time position working Monday to Friday with the expectation that the Sales Representative will be on the road meeting with customers and visiting sites. This role will reportto the State Sales Manager - QLD.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales KPIs and meet quarterly targets
Generate new business opportunities to increase sales
Create and maintain customer pricing and margins
Identify, develop, and manage current areas of business growth
Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team setting
Liaise with finance, production, technical and logistics teams
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have
Previous experience in a similar position within a Sales Team (essential)
Previous experience working in the manufacturing, construction (highly desirable)
Previous experience working with concrete products (highly desirable)
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
The ability to travel aroundthe Northern QLDRegion(essential)
Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
Display passion and drive to secure new customers
