Due to their organic growth, they are looking for another Financial Planner to join their team.

The role:
The Financial Planner will look after an existing clientele but there is a large volume of new clients coming from internal referrals and strategic partnerships. The clientele consists mainly of younger professionals in the wealth accumulation stage of their financial journey.
The Financial Planner will work closely with internal stakeholders and other departments within the business to help nurture clients through their financial journey.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality strategic Superannuation, Investment, Insurance and Cash Flow/Budgeting Advice
Work closely with Support Staff and Paraplanners to generate compliant Advice
Maintain client relationships in a qualified fee for service environment
Work with referral sources to identify opportunities and manage leads
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
A related Degree or Graduate Diploma
FASEA compliance
Familiarity with XPlan software (preferred)
A passion for helping others and providing impartial advice
The ability to multitask and manage workflows in a busy workplace
Robust written and oral communication skills
