They are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead key initiatives focused on Veeva CRM and related business systems.

This is a high-impact role working across technology, commercial and business teams to deliver critical projects that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.

What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects centred around Veeva CRM and associated platforms
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications
Partner closely with business leaders across sales, marketing, medical and commercial functions
Coordinate internal teams, vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery
Drive business readiness, change management and user adoption
Ensure solutions align with regulatory,



compliance and governance requirements within a highly regulated workplace

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience delivering IT projects in pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industries
Strong experience working with Veeva CRM or similar CRM platforms
Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, integrations or transformation programs
Solid communication, governance and problem‑solving capabilities
