Uniting Ella Early Learning Haberfield has been a cornerstone of the community for over 30 years, offering high‑quality education and care for children from birth to five years. Located in a historic federation house, the service provides a warm indoor environment and engaging outdoor spaces designed to inspire curiosity and learning.

Salary: $33.75 – $36.59 per hour (depending on experience) plus super, salary packaging, and a $2,650 meal and entertainment card (pro‑rated). Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – 8‑hour shifts. Position: Permanent part‑time floater.

What You’ll Be Doing In This Role
Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, families, and the community.
Support and facilitate engaging, play‑based learning experiences.
Contribute to children’s development through observations and learning documentation.
Work collaboratively across rooms to support ratios and team needs.

Who We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (completed – not currently studying).
Experience working with children in an early learning setting (preferred).
Confidence supporting programming, observations, and learning documentation.
Strong communication skills with families and team members.
Adaptable, proactive, and team‑focused mindset.
