Warehouse Labourers – AM Shift - $35.61 p/hr + OT + Super – Blacktown (BH-39088)

Location: Blacktown, Australia. Sector: Logistics Distribution & Supply Chain. Salary: $35.61 per hour.

We are seeking Warehouse Labourers and packers for immediate starts. Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. Roles pay $35.61 per hour plus overtime and super.

The Role: Warehouse Labourer / Packer No two days are the same; duties vary daily across all facets of warehousing operational tasks. Attention to detail is key. Products packed or assembled incorrectly, or marked/scratched, become unsellable.

Your main duties will involve:
Picking and packing orders (Furniture Products)
Pick to Paper and RF Picking
Manual Handling
Palletising stock
Strapping products
Shrink wrapping pallets
Re‑stacking pallets
Consolidating pallets
Loading and unloading trucks / containers by hand
General warehouse cleaning (wrapping rubbish and discarding product boxes)
Matching paperwork to customer orders
Checking final paperwork against orders going out
Heavy lifting up to 20 kg (two‑person lifts)

Assembly duties (when required):




Assembling kit‑set furniture such as tables, chairs, outdoor flat‑pack furniture
Use of both hand and power tools
Following and reading plans
Assembling full furniture sets (e.g., 6 chairs per table)

The Candidate: To be successful you will have the following experience:
Picking / packing furniture products
RF scanning experience
Palletising stock
Shrink wrapping (manual and machine operated)
Receiving and dispatch
Matching and checking customer paperwork to orders going out
Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience in a rapid‑paced workplace
Excellent WHS knowledge
Heavy lifting up to 20 kg

Advantageous experience:
Furniture assembly or trades assistant background
Hand and power tool experience
Experience following and reading plans for assembling products
LF forklift licence
Forklift operators pay increases to $38.23 per hour
