Montgomery Advisory are representing a leading global skilled services firm to help their busy in-house practice with their workload. This is a fantastic contract opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team offering high-quality work, strong development opportunities, and a positive team culture. The initial 3 month period may be open to extension.

The role
Provide legal support across all aspects of regulatory compliance and risk
Support for litigation and other contentious matters
Collaborating with and supporting corporate functions
Building trusted and solid relationships with internal clients

Key responsibilities
Assist on a range of regulatory and compliance matters
Assist with the review, legal analysis and preparation of legal advice for internal clients
Litigation support
Support senior lawyers on complex matters and deliverables
Provide focused, pragmatic solutions to address risk and complex business problems.

About you





You will be at least 5 - 10 years' PQE with relevant in-house regulatory and compliance experience. Desirable is strong litigation experience. You will have:
Solid drafting and technical legal skills
Experience across regulatory, compliance and litigation processes
Experience in advising senior management with clear and concise advice
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic
Experience working within formal governance frameworks
