We are recruiting for a Casual Kiosk Chef to join our culinary team at the Art Gallery of NSW.

The Role
Available to work Thursday through Sunday, day shifts
24 to 38 hours per week.
Level 6 hourly rate: M-F at $38.35, Sat at $46.02, Sun at $53.69 plus super
Preparing exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearance
Run the section allocated
Ensure food is served at agreed quality and speed of service
Working with a large company with multiple restaurants
Follow all food safety procedures and legislation

About You
A motivated chef with a passion for creating excellent dishes
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, from busy cafe
Certified in Commercial Cookery
Punctual, self-driven and autonomous, whilst being open to direction and learning
Excellent attention to detail with a robust work ethic
