Overview

At My Guardian, our goal is to provide exceptional, deeply personalised care that helps people of all ages and abilities live with dignity, comfort, and true independence. We expand services across Melbourne – Viewbank and nearby suburbs.

Responsibilities
Build true companionship by reducing isolation and supporting emotional wellbeing.
Assist with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes secure and comfortable.
Drive clients to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.
Maintain accurate care records and proactively report any changes in health or wellbeing.

Qualifications
Solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Valid First Aid Certificate,



NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain them quickly).
Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if experience is solid.
