Working Monday–Thursday, 8‑hour shifts each day. Centre opens 7 am‑6 pm; shifts will vary within this window.
What You’ll Be Doing In This Role
As a Diploma‑qualified Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children, supporting and facilitating their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and the early learning framework.
Your Care Work May Include
Contribute to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework.
Develop positive and respectful relationships that support children, their families, and the community.
Facilitate play‑based learning settings responsive to children’s interests, strengths, and abilities.
Document children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
Who We’re Looking For
Diploma in Children Services (essential), with prior experience at Diploma level in an early learning service.
Work history demonstrating recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness, aligned with values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
