About the Role
The Food & Beverage Attendant will be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable. You will share your passion for our products, recommend suitable meals or drinks, deliver top‑notch customer service, and maintain high standards from the first pour to the final lock‑up. You may also assist the gaming and wagering team as needed.

From the first pour of the day to the final lock‑up, you’ll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky‑high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and versatile availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
