Mercer is seeking a Rectification Analyst to join the Operations team in either Sydney or Melbourne, Australia. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office and offers prospects to impact incident resolution across Risk, Compliance and Technology teams.

You will lead root cause investigations, assess customer and fund impacts, and help design preventive controls. The role also involves coaching peers to strengthen rectification processes within the Incidents
