Join our AI Development team as a Senior AI Engineer and spearhead the creation of creative AI solutions that transform how Australian businesses operate. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement sophisticated machine learning models for production environments
Lead the development of AI-powered features across our product suite
Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into scalable solutions
Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
Optimise AI model performance and ensure robust deployment pipelines
Stay current with latest AI research and implement best practices
Work directly with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions
Required Qualifications
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles
Expert proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
Experience with MLOps practices and tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in natural language processing or computer vision
Knowledge of distributed computing and big data technologies
Previous consulting or client-facing experience
