Contract Administrator | Commercial Fit Out & Refurbishment | $130k-$160k + Super

Company

Established Brisbane fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering projects across commercial office, hospitality, retail and industrial sectors.

With a robust pipeline of secured work, they are looking to add an additional CA to support continued growth across the business. Typical projects range from $2m-$15m.

Role

Working closely with the PM and site team, you will be responsible for procurement, subcontract management, variations, progress claims and cost reporting through to final account.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
Fit out and refurbishment experience highly regarded.




Experience managing subcontract procurement and variations.
Robust commercial and stakeholder management skills.
