Role Overview

Shift roster: Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times. By applying, you confirm your availability to work across these days.

At JD Sports, you will support the store management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandising and visual standards, and achieving sales results.

Responsibilities
Model exceptional customer service with every customer.
Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and a service‑over‑task workplace.
Actively gain, maintain, and share product and brand knowledge for the department.
Support management to improve financial performance within the department.
Work with the back‑of‑house team to ensure product availability.
Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence.

Qualifications
2–3 years of experience within retail or a related industry.
Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
Positive attitude with the capacity to create a motivating environment for the team.




Excellent time‑management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed timely.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in social situations through engagement with customers and team members.
