Are you ready to be the driving force behind exceptional sales and customer service? Based in our office in Kooragang, you'll be part of our Customer Care Centre Team, proactively handling outbound and inbound hire and sales activities nationwide.

Responsibilities
Establish new hire and sales accounts by proactively responding to inbound customer calls and conducting outbound calls
Process rental quotes, reservations and contracts
Keep the momentum going with follow-up calls
Generate leads for current business and communicate leads
Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business

Qualifications
Confident with making outbound calls to customers.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer sales and service.
Possess exceptional customer service skills, with a positive attitude that embodies our brand.
Juggling multiple tasks is a breeze for you, thanks to your excellent time management skills.
Experienced with CRM systems? Even better!
