This hire will play a foundational role in shaping technical direction, setting engineering standards, and establishing a high-performing local team from the ground up.

We’re looking for a senior, hands‑on engineer who has operated at Lead level — someone who has potentially stepped into a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager capacity before and is motivated by the opportunity to blend deep technical ownership with team building and mentorship. Tech-wise, must have:
Cloud experience (AWS or GCP)
Solid PostgreSQL knowledge
Confidence working across the stack in a modern, cloud‑native environment
Ability to work across a range of other technologies such as Python

Own critical services and architectural decisions
Elevate engineering quality, standards, and developer experience
Collaborate effectively across time zones
