About the Role
Lead and inspire a high-energy team to deliver rapid, friendly, and memorable guest experiences
Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with regular patrons and fostering local community engagement
Support venue marketing and promotional activity to build brand awareness and drive traffic
Oversee daily operations including team culture, service standards, and financial performance while championing a positive workplace culture

Qualifications & Experience
Experience supporting local marketing initiatives and promotional activity to drive sales and guest engagement
Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
Current RSA certification and robust operational leadership skills
Passion for hospitality, community engagement, and guest experience

This is a full time position suited to candidates with at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
