Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading the operation of Change Advisory Boards (CABs).
Demonstrated experience managing or performing service desk functions.
Demonstrated ability to support an enterprise-level ICT Change Management process.
Demonstrated experience in ICT Change Management policy and process compliance.
