A fast-growing technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant to join its expanding Modern Workplace practice.
This is an chance to work with enterprise clients on large-scale Microsoft 365 transformation projects, helping organisations improve collaboration, governance, security, and compliance through the Microsoft ecosystem.
About the Role
You will be responsible for designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions, with a particular focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, governance, compliance, and information management.
Working closely with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams, you'll help clients maximise the value of their Microsoft investment while ensuring security and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions across enterprise environments
Lead SharePoint Online migrations, upgrades, and optimisation initiatives
Configure and manage Microsoft Purview capabilities including:
Information Protection
Data Lifecycle Management
Records Management
eDiscovery
Compliance and Governance
Deliver workshops and provide strategic guidance to clients
Develop governance frameworks and best practices
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout project delivery
Skills & Experience
Robust experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Purview
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
Experience delivering migration and transformation projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
Microsoft certifications highly regarded
