JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking an Organisational Development Manager to lead leadership and capability development across the group and retail brands. This hands-on role reports to the Head of Group P&C; and focuses on talent, succession planning, and embedding capability frameworks.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and external vendors to design, develop and deliver leadership programs, while continuously improving training materials and onboarding.
