We are partnering with a leading Industrial Services company to appoint a strategic Business Development & Bid Manager for the Southern region based in Victoria. This role will be central to sharing and executing the organisation’s commercial strategy, with a strong emphasis on key account management, bid leadership, and long-term client relationships.
Reporting the Executive General Manager, the role is responsible for developing and delivering and integrated business development and bid strategy aligned to broader organisational objectives and manage the tender submission process. Acting as a senior commercial interface, you will drive structure account planning across the Southern Region key accounts through your direct and indirect team. As well as oversee the full bid lifecycle from prospect qualification through to submission and review.
Leading a energetic team, you will provide direction strategy, bid management and governance,
cross-functional collaboration and the delivery of key customer outcomes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the Southern Region operations and leadership teams to align commercial strategy with delivery capability.
We are seeking a commercially astute leader with proven experience in long-term strategic business development, key account management and bid management within a project-based, industrial contracting setting. You will bring a demonstrated ability to deeply analyse markets, generate meaningful insights and build strong stakeholder relationships, while balancing strategic foresight with practical, hands-on execution.
