We are partnering with a national family law firm to recruit a passionate and driven Family Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate) for their Sydney team, and due to continued expansion, there is also an exciting opportunity to join their growing Melbourne office.
This is a full-time position for a lawyer with 3+ years of post‑admission experience , who is looking to develop a long‑term and meaningful career within a supportive, well‑established practice.

Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of family law files with supervision as needed
Drafting affidavits, applications, consent orders, and financial agreements
Providing clear and empathetic legal advice to clients
Attending court appearances and mediations where appropriate
Conducting legal research to support complex matters
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working closely with colleagues to achieve optimal client outcomes
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years post‑admission experience in family law
Experience in parenting and/or property matters is highly regarded
Solid drafting and legal writing skills
Excellent communication skills, particularly in emotionally charged situations
Organised and able to manage competing deadlines
Compassionate, client‑focused, and eager to learn
A team player who is proactive, professional, and adaptable
