About the role

This is a fast-paced 360 temporary recruitment role, where you’ll take ownership of a growing Early Childhood desk and play a key role in supporting centres when they need it most.

Success in this role comes down to being proactive, resilient, commercially minded, and genuinely motivated by helping people thrive.

What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of Early Childhood centres across South East Melbourne
Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality educators
Speaking with 30+ educators daily - building strong, trusted relationships
Partnering with centre directors and leadership teams to deliver reliable, values-aligned staffing solutions
Identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships and win new business
Collaborating with a high-performing, supportive, and people-first team

What you’ll bring
Experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
Confidence working toward KPIs, targets, and outcomes
Solid relationship-building and communication skills
Resilience and drive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (within 6:30am–6:30pm)
