An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Engineer to join a leading developer-builder delivering a marquee $300m+ residential development in Sydney.

With the structure now well underway, the successful candidate will take ownership of key facade, finishes and coordination packages through the next stages of delivery.

Reporting into an experienced project leadership team, this role is ideally suited to an established Project Engineer looking to step into a Senior Project Engineer position on a landmark project.

The Role
Manage facade, finishes and associated fit-out packages from procurement through to completion.
Drive programme outcomes and subcontractor performance.
Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Manage RFIs, design coordination and technical delivery.
Ensure quality, safety and programme objectives are achieved.




Work closely with site and project teams to deliver key project milestones.

The Candidate - Must have local market experience with Build background (Civil and untilities will not be considered)
Experience as a Project Engineer with a head contractor or developer-builder.
Proven delivery experience on large-scale Class 2 residential projects.
Robust understanding of facade, finishes and services coordination.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
Looking to step into a Senior Project Engineer position.
