CEA is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead the busy Darra workshop, coordinating daily operations and mentoring technicians and apprentices. You will ensure protected, efficient servicing, repairs and warranty work while driving high-quality outcomes for customers.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will manage workflow, guide problem solving, and support continuous improvement across production and service delivery in a quick-paced setting.
