Electrical Engineer (Buildings) - ME)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our friendly and supportive Brisbane Buildings Team on a full-time basis. You will be part of our multi-disciplinary team working across various building projects and ensuring that projects are thoroughly designed, reviewed, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities
Provide electrical designs for a range of building projects, including reports, studies, design calculations, mark‑ups, drawings and specifications.
Design LV power systems, lighting and lightning protection using industry standard software such as PowerCAD and AGI/Dialux.
Represent Stantec externally to clients and liaise with authorities and contractors.

Qualifications
Hold a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
Ideally have 3 years of experience working in a consulting setting within the building services industry.
Willingness to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, can‑do attitude, team player and robust work ethic.
