Job Description
Partner with stakeholders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organisational goals.
Provide advice on employment relations, workforce planning, and policy implementation.
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and organisational policies.
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
Facilitate organisational change and support leaders in managing transitions.

The Successful Applicant





A successful People Services Business Partner should have:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices within the not-for-profit sector.
Proven experience in providing HR advisory and business partnering services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build solid relationships.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools to support HR processes and reporting.
