6 Month Daily Rate Contract

We’re looking for a Power BI Administrator to help build and run a brand-recent enterprise Power BI environment. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll set up the platform, establish governance, and guide the business through its Power BI uplift. Three days per week in the CBD office.

You’ll shape how the organisation uses Power BI from day one. The initial focus is on platform setup and administration, then supporting key reports, shared datasets, and user adoption.

What you’ll be working on
Setting up the Power BI tenant and workspace structure
Implementing governance policies, security, and access controls
Configuring Snowflake connections, dataflows, and refresh schedules
Managing licensing, authentication and gateways




Supporting teams with modelling standards and early use cases
Helping move reporting from legacy tools into Power BI

What you bring
Strong Power BI admin experience (governance, setup, standards)
Understanding of enterprise data modelling and semantic layers
Experience with Azure and Snowflake
Positive communicator, comfortable working with the business
Insurance background is helpful but not essential

WFH: 3 days in office, 2 WFH

Rate: $750-$780p/d

Contract: 6 months initially; extensions likely
