We’re looking for

Mid-senior legal counsels with a strong background in commercial and consumer law.

What are we looking for?
Minimum 3+ years PQE within top-tier private practice or a large in-house legal team
Solid technical experience across Commercial Law with exposure to Consumer Law, Intellectual Property, Digital Commerce and/or Data Privacy
Experience in FMCG, retail or consumer, digital product/commerce industry would be advantageous
Ability to proactively solve problems and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
Excellent analytical, collaboration and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to learn business requirements quickly and hit the ground running, analyse legal and commercial risks and propose creative, business-oriented solutions
Ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders is essential
Robust team player and service-oriented attitude




Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia
