We're looking for an experienced Power Distribution Designer to join their technically strong team. In this hands‑on role, you'll take full ownership of designs from concept through to IFC, working across subdivision and power distribution projects.

What You'll Be Doing
Producing concept and detailed LCC designs for subdivision projects
Preparing and reviewing works plans and technical documentation
Ensuring designs comply with relevant standards, manuals, and regulatory requirements
Collaborating with Project Managers, construction teams, and fellow designers
Liaising with the network authority and other relevant bodies to support approvals and resolve design queries
Participating in design reviews, verifications, and updates across the project lifecycle
Contributing practical,



buildable design solutions and resolving design challenges

What You'll Need
Solid understanding of subdivision design processes and workflows
Ability to interpret and apply Energex standards and technical documentation
Knowledge of key standards including LCC Design Manual, QECM, QEMM, AS3000, AS3008, AS2067, and STNW1174/1175
Robust communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Competency with Microsoft Office tools
A trade background within the distribution network is highly regarded but not essential
