Communications & Engagement Coordinator – Client Submissions

Join our Origination team as a Communications & Engagement Coordinator based in Sydney. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking to develop skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and client interaction while supporting infrastructure tender submissions.

You will be responsible for liaising with internal project teams to gather project and community engagement case studies, assisting in drafting and formatting content for tenders, maintaining trackers and templates, coordinating meetings, and supporting the team in meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with internal project teams to gather relevant project and community engagement case studies
Assist in drafting and formatting content used in tenders and other client-facing documentation
Maintain trackers, tools, and templates used by the tender and submissions team




Coordinate internal meetings and contribute to meeting client submission deadlines
Provide general team support across communications and engagement-related material
