General Manager

to drive strategy, performance and long-term sustainability. Reporting to the business owners, this is a broad leadership role focused on delivering growth, leading organisational change, strengthening stakeholder partnerships and building a high-performing culture during a period of significant transformation. Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic and financial performance of the organisation Drive growth, profitability and operational excellence Lead organisational redesign and change initiatives Build workforce engagement and culture Develop partnerships across hospitals, PHNs, universities, aged care and community stakeholders Champion technology, systems integration and AI adoption Oversee key projects, grants and business improvement initiatives About You

You are a strategic and commercially astute leader with experience in healthcare, allied health, aged care or another complex service-based setting.
