Know How Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our client in Doncaster for a Machine Operative to join their growing manufacturing team.
This is an excellent prospect for someone with previous production or machine operating experience who is looking to secure a long-term position with a well-established company.
Duties Include
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Loading raw materials onto machines
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Adjusting machine settings where required
Reporting any faults or issues to supervisors
Maintaining a clean and protected working environment
Completing production paperwork and records
Working towards production targets and KPIs
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Machine operating experience desirable but not essential
Good attention to detail
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work as part of a teamCommitment to health and safety procedures
