About the Role

We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Line Operators to join our Stapylton production team and help deliver high-quality beverages to customers across Australia.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards and supporting productive line performance.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a structured 12-hour rotating roster.

Shift Pattern
12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am)
84 hours per fortnight
Rotating roster:
2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on
2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off
Rotate fortnightly between day and night shifts
Two full weekends off per month

Key Responsibilities
Operate,



monitor and adjust beverage filling and packaging machinery
Maintain production flow by ensuring materials and packaging supplies are available
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and upscale where required
Support line changeovers and minor preventative maintenance activities
Ensure product quality through adherence to GMP and hygiene processes
Always follow all workplace health and safety requirements

Skills & Experience
Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging or beverage setting (preferred)
Experience operating production, packaging or manufacturing equipment (preferred)
Mechanically minded with the ability to troubleshoot production issues
Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Understanding of GMP, HACCP or food safety processes (desirable)
A forklift licence is not required, but will be considered advantageous
