$100,000 Salary + Super
Free Self-Contained Accommodation
Management Couples Encouraged to Apply (salary negotiable based on experience)

The Role
Oversee all aspects of a busy regional hotel including:
Bar, Bistro, Gaming & Accommodation
Staff leadership, training and development




Financial performance and day-to-day operations
Driving food & beverage and accommodation revenue
Building solid relationships within the local community

Ideal Candidate
Previous Hotel Manager, Venue Manager or Publican experience
Solid regional pub background
Hands-on leadership style
Experience across gaming, bar, food & beverage and accommodation
Community-minded with excellent customer service skills
