Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring responsible service of alcohol in line with legislation
Maintain high presentation standards, cleanliness and organisation throughout the retail space
Oversee stock control, ordering, pricing, merchandising displays and ticketing
Manage cash handling, reconciliations and daily reporting procedures
Monitor wages, GP and turnover in line with budget expectations
Support venue management with daily retail operations and team supervision
Assist with staff training, development and performance support
Liaise with suppliers to coordinate promotions and retail specials
Maintain security, compliance and workplace safety standards
About You
Previous experience in liquor retail, including stock management and merchandising
Strong cash handling and reconciliation experience
Hold, or be willing to obtain, RMLV and QLD Approved Manager certification
Confident communication and customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively
Proven ability to lead by example in a busy retail environment
