What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering customer enquiries.
Communicate effectively to build rapport and deliver engaging customer experiences.
Maintain flexibility with hours to meet service level expectations.
What Makes You Perfect For This Role
Must be based in Perth and work full‑time from our Troode Street office.
Must be an Australian Citizen and over 18.
Full‑time permanent role with a salary of $55,000 plus superannuation.
Strong communication, computer literacy, multi‑tasking, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
Experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
