Factory Team Member - Dispatch and Scanning

At Flatpax Cut To Size, we're building one of South East Queensland's leading cabinetry manufacturing businesses. Every day we supply cabinet makers, builders and trades from Byron to Brisbane with precision made cabinetry, and we're looking for a excellent person to join our team.

About the Role

This position is based in our scanning area, where you'll play an important role preparing customer orders before they leave the factory.

You'll be responsible for scanning, checking, stacking and wrapping cabinetry ready for dispatch, making sure every order leaves accurately and safely.

There'll be prospects to learn other areas of the factory and continue developing your skills.

About you

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing a job properly and enjoys keeping busy. You're reliable, punctual and work well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and valuable attention to detail.



You'll need to be physically fit and comfortable lifting boards throughout the day, hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport for our early starts. Most importantly, you'll be keen to learn and develop new skills.

Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. Full training will be provided, so if you've got the right attitude and a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.

Hours - Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm ( Can vary slightly depending on schedule)
