Therapeutic Specialist
Location: Kununurra
Hours: Fulltime, 38-hour week, Monday - Friday, some WFH
Salary: $110,000 plus Super and Car Allowance

About the role
Lead therapeutic care for Children and Young People in OOHC. Manage a caseload and embed trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice. Guide Care Teams, drive case goals, and deliver hands-on therapeutic support under clinical supervision.

Duties
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Conduct assessments and set intervention plans
Deliver trauma-informed therapeutic support
Lead Care Team meetings and guide practice
Manage risk, compliance, and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders and courts

Skills & Experience
Degree in Psychology, Social Work, OT, MH Nursing or similar
5+ years in therapeutic/OOHC settings
Current AHPRA or relevant registration




NDIS and disability pathway knowledge
Driver licence and probity checks
