PWR (Paull & Warner Resources) provide various sectors with a comprehensive range of products which encapsulate all aspects of the "First Response" industry, covering fire suppression, emergency response vehicles, rescue equipment, emergency response training and personnel hire.

We are currently looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to join the business. You will have prior experience supervising teams, consulting with clients and undertaking aspects of installation and commissioning of a range of Fire Systems.

Working with top tier mining clients, there will be ample prospects for development and training.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Facilitate the day-to-day operation of the Project team,
Daily check-ins with management and field technicians,
Ensuring a safe working culture and setting
Clients’ liaison regarding major project installations and ad hoc works schedule,
Resolving client enquires regarding
Assisting with the planning and implementation of Fire System works,
Identifying material resources needed to complete works in a cost effective and timely manner,




Predict stock requirements and ensure equipment delays kept to a minimum,
Conducting business development activities,
Responsible for ensuring that technicians have read and understood activity specific and task specific work instructions and all safety notices.
Undertaking administration tasks, incident reporting and project handovers.
Ensuring technicians have completed and submitted relevant documentation for tasks.

To be successful in your application it is essential that you have:
Previous experience with supervision of staff,
Practical experience and/or a trade qualification in Electrical fire systems
Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards
Solid understanding of working drawings and CAD
Current Certificate II in Asset Maintenance (Fire Protection Systems) or equivalent preferable
Previous experience working in Mining.

We are offering a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary package and additional opportunities for Training and Development. This is an 8:6 (8 Days on, 6 days off) roster.
