Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Australia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. This position is essential for driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives within the organisation.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and processes.




Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Support user acceptance testing and training for current systems and processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a business analysis role or similar position.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
