We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our rapid‑growing team in VIC. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, helping them continue to live safely and independently at home.
The role requires 2 hours each week on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 14:30. The role offers flexible weekday timing, travel reimbursement, and company‑provided PPE.
Your Responsibilities
Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
Offer social support and respite care
Transport clients to appointments
Maintain accurate care records

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
