TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.
Job Description
This permanent, part‑time prospect offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location
Doncaster, VIC, 3108
Working Hours
Mon – Fri (afternoons only): 7:00 am – 9:00 am, 2:45 pm – 6:30 pm, 2 hours admin – 31 hours total
The Role – Leader
As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high‑quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in before and after school care or education is desirable but not essential – we can train you.
Thrives in a rapid‑paced environment and still has the enthusiasm of a child.
Confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals.
Strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a can‑do, positive attitude.
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.
Relevant diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
