Roster Coordinator – Part Time (30 hours per week) | Hamilton NSW

We’re looking for an organised Roster Coordinator to join our growing team at Real Care Given Disability Service .

About the role:
Part-time : 30 hours per week across 5 days
1 versatile work-from-home day per week
Phone allowance included

As our Roster Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations — ensuring participants receive consistent,



reliable support and our team of workers are scheduled efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain rosters for support workers and participants
Respond to shift changes, cancellations, and urgent scheduling needs
Communicate clearly with staff, participants, and families
Work closely with the operations team to ensure quality and continuity of care

You’ll bring:
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Experience in rostering, scheduling, or admin (disability or care sector preferred)
A positive, can-do attitude and genuine care for people
