The Warehouse Team Member will be responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed and shipped on a timely basis, reporting into the Logistics Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities
Prints Labelling for shipments, packages and loading them onto carriers with a customer and cost-effective mindset
Able to operate and manage material handling equipment such as but not limited to, forklifts, reach lifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and roll carts
Picking and packing in a timely manner according to required ship dates
Understand barcode technology and operate RF equipment as assigned
Physically underloading shipments in a timely manner from carrier containers into the warehouse
Counting of goods received and inspecting against packing slips to ensure accuracy and quality
Stock put ways of the goods into proper bin
Cycle count as required by the company with a 95% accuracy target
Maintain a presentable, clean net, and orderly work area
Robust ability to maintain warehouse and report discrepancies to manager
Ability to anticipate and solve problems with the support of IT and manager




Receive and process customer returns in a timely manner
Follows and sets an example for safety and security procedures

Requirements
Forklift License required
Australian Working rights
Experience with reach lifts and pallet jacks
Experience with Salesforce and E10 desirable but not a requirement
