We are seeking a skilled Renderer or Renderer’s Labourer to join our energetic team on a short-term basis, with the possibility of long-term employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying base coats.
Mix and apply render materials.
Use Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) safely and effectively.
Protect surfaces for renderers, clean up after rendering, and wash out and clean equipment.
Ensure all tasks are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements
Proven experience in rendering or construction labouring.
Ability to use an Elevated Work Platform (EWP)



and possess relevant tickets. (If you don't have the tickets, we will cover the cost of obtaining them for candidates who demonstrate exceptional ability.)
Physical solid stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic.

Additional Requirements
You must have a construction white card.
Must have work boots and work clothing (uniforms will be provided after your probation period).
