We are seeking a Civil Drafter to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, within a supportive and collaborative environment that values balance and qualified growth.

This role is suited to someone with a minimum of two years' experience working within a civil engineering consultancy, preparing detailed design documentation for civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, develop and manage civil design drawings using AutoCAD (Essential) and/or Civil 3D (Highly Regarded).
Work alongside engineers on a range of transport, land development, and mining projects
Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers throughout all project phases.

About You
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Civil Drafting, or a related discipline (required).




A minimum of 1 year experience as a Civil Drafter within a civil engineering consultancy.
Demonstrated experience preparing design drawings for roads, intersections, land development, mining and/or MRWA projects.
Strong AutoCAD drafting skills (Civil 3D experience is advantageous).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork and learning.
