About the RoleAs Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, working closely with Project Managers and Directors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:Managing daily site operations and project deliveryCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site crewsDriving safety, quality, and environmental complianceMonitoring site productivity, progress, and costsLiaising with clients, engineers, consultants, and authoritiesLeading, mentoring, and developing site teams




About YouYou will be a hands-on leader with a solid background in civil construction and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
To be successful, you will have:Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar civil construction roleStrong knowledge of earthworks, utilities, drainage, pipework, and road constructionAbility to interpret civil plans, specifications, and methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvementCurrent Driver's Licence
