The Role
We are recruiting for the next generation of Manufacturing Leaders for our Western Australia operations.

Initially the successful applicant will embark on a rotation program across the different functions of the business.



This will involve spending time in each functional area learning how they operate with a focus on maintenance and production efficiencies.

Upon completion of your induction, you are the key person to drive production outcomes.

You will have a hands on approach and the ability to educate, motivate and build a culture of excellence across multiple departments in the areas of Safety, Maintenance, Quality and Lean Manufacturing.

The ability to,
Lead production meetings, toolbox talks and ensure production plans are achieved.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to each manufacturing team.
Establish an unwavering commitment and adherence to Safety & Quality.
Lead and implement continuous improvement projects and drive efficiencies.

The Candidate

You will be tertiary qualified in a Manufacturing environment with a genuine desire to establish a career within an industry leading, global company; you will be well organized, committed, and enthusiastic.

A background in mechanical maintenance is highly preferred.
