Barnum Indigenous Services is seeking reliable Labourers and Excavator Operators to support works at the Edinburgh - Defence Project.

About the Role

You’ll assist with civil works, earthmoving, installations and general site operations across defence and industrial environments. Solid hours, steady work and long‑term opportunities available.

Key Duties
General labouring, earthworks and site preparation
Assisting trades, operators and supervisors
Operating excavators and machinery (where ticketed)
Loading/unloading materials and equipment
Supporting installations, civil works and shutdown activities




Maintaining safe and compliant work areas

Requirements
Current or attainable Defence clearance
Ability to obtain AFP clearance (clean history required).
Excavator Ticket (for operator roles)
Driver’s Licence
White Card
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work safely and follow direction
Experience in civil, construction, mining or industrial work is beneficial
